**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We currently have an opportunity for a **Regional Marketing Manager** at our Asia-Pacific head office in Bangaroo, Sydney, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who wants to develop with a rapidly growing company.
Working collaboratively with Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Product Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for pulling together marketing initiatives for the different product teams and develops, implements and executes the marketing strategy for the region. They harmonize competing marketing priorities, acting as the production house for marketing content and activities for the Region, and coordinating lead generation and outreach to meet the Regional Sales & Marketing objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regional Marketing Strategy:
- Working collaboratively with regional sales, develop, implement and execute marketing strategy for the assigned region, liaising between Product and Corporate Marketing teams.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to monitor, analyze and represent campaign results. Continuously optimize campaigns based on feedback from internal stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Research and analyse regional market trends and competitors in collaboration with Sales Managers and Business Development Managers to obtain insight into market and customer needs
- Provide Quarterly Reports for Regional Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing analysis for all stakeholders on identifiable trends in these defined KPIs and any actions to be taken to improve results.
Regional Marketing Execution:
- Coordinate regional campaigns that focus on the delivery of the strategic plans within the region.
- Align all product teams Initiatives harnessing synergies to leverage effort and effect. Regional campaigns are a SMART goal project that is executed to achieve the teams' initiatives
- Track effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns and brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Responsible for executing regional campaigns and events. Support and translate product specific campaigns to meet the unique regional requirements:
- Design and execute the methodology and approach
- Create and monitor customer feedback mechanisms
- Work closely with our reseller channel and enable them with content and campaigns to drive marketing activities with our resellers
- Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other customer events.
- Collaborate with regional media partners and advertising agencies
- Manage content for regional website(s), social media, and other digital marketing activities
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay current with best practices: standards, regulations and technologies.
- Create, implement, and maintain systems and procedures to ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained. Provide outstanding customer service, whether external or internal.
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; assist in preparing an annual budget.
- Collaborate with all Marketing and Sales team members in a mutually respectful manner.
