**As an Store Supervisor at Roll'd you will**:

- Assist the Store Manager leading a team of 20+ in a fast paced flagship setting
- Recruit, train, support & mentor a high-energy team
- Ensure profitability through superior customer service & sales while managing stock & wastage
- Lead daily operations & ensure compliance
- Collaborate with marketing to boost community engagement & B2B catering sales

**The skills & experience we are looking for**:

- Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or assistant manager or store manager in the fast food industry
- Strong leadership skills & the ability to bring out the best in your teams
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- The ability to manage budgets & understand how to impact sales
- Food safety & compliance knowledge
