Assistant Trading Underwriter - Salary between £19,700-£33,150

Aviva is currently seeking a Commercial Property & Casualty Assistant Underwriter to join our underwriting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a growing team and you will benefit from Aviva’s smart working arrangements, with a mix of home and office working.

A bit about the job:
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills; with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.
- Demonstrate desire to build knowledge and gain experience in the insurance industry.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures and work within set Underwriting Licence frameworks.

What you’ll get for this role:

- Starting salary between £19,700 and £33,150 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
