**THE ROLE**
In this role, you will work closely with the Design Team, Construction Team as well as the Executive Team to create a team dynamic that facilitates support on a cross-functional basis. You will also be responsible for providing a professional level of communication and service by responding to enquiries quickly and effectively, and establishing a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders including Councils / Private Certifiers / Sydney Water Agents / Developers. Additionally, you will support the Product Innovation Manager in administration duties, including preparation and formatting of quarterly presentations.
**ABOUT YOU**
- 2-3 years of experience in administration, customer-focused preferably in the housing industry
- Experience in managing permits
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator and collaborator with internal and external stakeholders, including Councils, Private Certifiers, Sydney Water Agents and Developers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
