**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the apprenticeship or traineeship space.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing strategies, screening methods and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level user of Microsoft Office programs.
- Hold or are committed to obtaining a Certificate IV or above in Human Resources.
- Hold a current drivers licence.
