**About Your Role: Technician**

A great opportunity has become available for a highly driven Technician to join our team based onsite at Garden Island, Rockingham. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day technical support to maintenance activities across a range of areas. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with and collaborate with the team whilst providing support and assistance with engineering activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the maintenance of Torpedo items
- Depot level launch preparation and refurbishment activities for the MU90 LWT & PDT
- Routine and corrective maintenance of the S&TE
- Assist with continual development of MU90 LWT and Prime Item Assembly Work

**How About You?**
- Technical or Trade Cert in either Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Trades or equivalent.
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write clear, concise documents containing technical details
- Experienced in working within a Health Safety Environment (HSE)
- Solid knowledge of safe work practices e.g. material safety and handling of hazardous materials.
