SOC & Noc Delivery Manager - Systems

**About the Role**

The SOC & NOC Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable IT services to external clients. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and the continuous improvement of processes and technologies to enhance security and network performance.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and manage the SOC and NOC teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of employee engagement and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for the proactive monitoring and management of clients' IT security and network infrastructure.
- Ensure the SOC & NOC teams effectively identify, analyse, and respond to security incidents and network issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IT infrastructure and security requirements, tailoring services to meet their specific needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest security threats, network technologies, and industry best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the SOC & NOC teams to innovate and optimize processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on SOC & NOC performance, incident response, and improvement initiatives to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to IT security and network operations.

NOC/Security Operations:

- Triage alerts as per provided instructions to Tier 2 or 3 contacts.
- Create security incident tickets and provide first response within the agreed SLA.
- Escalate potential security incidents to the security incident response team or SOC engineers.
- Work closely with team on reducing the white noise generated from security alerting products.
- Timely pick up the security alerts received on various monitoring dashboards.
- Analyse the alerts and identify the severity level of the alerts as per provided guidelines.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security and network management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, network infrastructure, and incident response frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with security alerting products such as Defendify, CyberCNS, and SAAS Alerts.
- Experience with security incident management and response.
- Scheduling of maintenance windows for patching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or equivalent.
