A busy, well established furniture manufacturer based in Girraween are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller.

This newly created role will go permanent after a 3-6 month period, but will offer full time hours plus overtime Monday to Friday.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Inventory stock takes
- Liaising with the management team in the warehouse and production areas
- Stock cycle counts weekly and monthly
- Receiving of goods
- Accountable of all stock - investigating damaged and missing stock
- Updating the system and use of excel spreadsheets

**About you**:

- Previous stock control and management will be key to be successful for this role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of numbers
- Ability to use excel confidently
- A good team player, work ethic and reliability
- Ability to prioritise your work and meet deadlines
