**Job description**

At FAMASO, we specialise in delivering façade, window, and high-access cleaning and maintenance services across Australia. With a strong reputation for safety, professionalism, and innovation, we are expanding our rope access team and seeking Technicians (IRATA Level 1+) and Supervisors (IRATA Level 3) to join us in VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and beyond.

Whether you are an experienced Level 3 Supervisor leading high-rise projects, or a skilled Level 1-2 Technician eager to grow, we want to hear from you.

**The Role**

You’ll be part of a team providing rope access services across a variety of commercial and high-rise sites. Responsibilities vary by role, but may include:

- **Supervisors**: Full site ownership - leading crews, ensuring WHS compliance, client handovers, time/resource management, and mentoring technicians.

Both roles may also support other service areas during downtime (maintenance tasks, or assisting other high-risk divisions).

**What We're Looking For**
- **Supervisors (IRATA Level 3)**:

- Proven experience leading rope access crews in commercial or high-rise settings.
- Strong WHS knowledge, rescue preparedness, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage teams, schedules, and documentation with accountability.
- **Technicians (IRATA Level 1+)**:

- Hands-on experience in rope access tasks (window cleaning, minor repairs, or caulking).
- Safety-focused, punctual, and reliable, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, follow instruction, and support across different service lines.

**About You**
- IRATA Level 1 (minimum) for Technicians.
- IRATA Level 3 for Supervisors.
- Commercial high-rise experience preferred.
- Strong safety mindset and adaptability to take on rope and non-rope tasks.
- Professional, presentable, and client-focused.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $33.94 - $76.49 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
