Job Ad: Contract Level 3 Rope Access Technician

Position: Level 3 Rope Access Technician (Contract)

Pay Range: $40 - $70 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Various sites (Local & Regional NSW)

Are you a highly skilled Level 3 Rope Access Technician looking for challenging and rewarding contract work? Custom Access Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking experienced professionals to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and excel at completing remedial construction jobs efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and perform complex rope access work on remedial construction, scaffolding and maintenance projects.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site procedures.

Provide leadership and supervision to other rope access team members.

Effectively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.

Collaborate with project managers and ensure job deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For

Current IRATA Level 3 Certification.

Minimum of 3+ years of rope access experience in remedial construction or a similar field.

Strong understanding of site safety and risk management.

Proficiency in using rope access and construction equipment.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Rigging and Scaffolding tickets are highly regarded

Additional Information

Technicians are required to provide their own rope access equipment. (Loan equipment is available, but you will be responsible for its care and condition).

Travel to site is the technician’s responsibility.

Paid parking will be covered only if pre-organised by the company.
