Your Role:

- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staff schedules, and store presentation.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to maximize performance and revenue.
- Foster a positive and energetic work environment.
- Travel to our QVB branch in Sydney for initial training 3-4 times a week for 1-2 weeks.

What We’re Looking For:

- A confident and outgoing individual with strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Previous retail or management experience is a plus, but not required.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 70 per week
