**About the role**:
Tynan Motors has a great opportunity for someone with a passion for automotive to join our busy service department in Wollongong. We are seeking an experienced and professional Diagnostic Technician to be at the heart of our engine room.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out routine servicing of passenger and light commercial vehicles.
- Perform Diagnosis and rectify electronic and mechanical problems.
- Perform Retrofit of Genuine Accessories.
- Conduct final road test (Quality Control) when requested.
- Ensure that all repair orders are in line with Tynan Motors guidelines. This includes short tests, actual values, mid-tronic tests, tips documents, WIS documentation, service sheets and technician write ups.
- Ensure that repair orders, with supporting documentation for warranty compliance are completed prior to vehicle sign off.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Qualified technician with previous experience
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of workmanship
- Be reliable, honest, punctual, hard-working and self-motivated
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (Class C)
- Ability to drive manual and automatic

Pay: $42,760.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
