Our client prides themselves on a great culture and work life balance. They are a well established Wealth Management/Mortgage Broking firm experiencing exponential growth. They deal with HNW client bases and athletes.

This is a unique role where you will be involved in operations management and help improve their processes. If you are looking for a role that incentivises and remunerates for hard work and high performance, this is the position for you.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Touch base with existing client base to introduce yourself
- Review customer situation and broker notes to shortlist lender selection
- Work closely with back office support through to settlement
- Ensure fact find is correct and work out calculations
- Liaise with credit assessors and ensure there are no outstanding requests
- Ability to service own client referrals simultaneously to supporting senior broker
- Understand client needs and conduct fact find interviews to help them achieve their financial goals
- Ensure you are looking after the clients best interest and providing a positive seamless journey
- Keep up to date with bank guidelines and regulations

**Experience**:

- 2+ years experience as a Loan Writer/Mortgage Broker
- Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential
- Great communication and written ability
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
