**Requirements**:
**Some of the tasks that you’ll be performing**
- Guide the customers through the loan process, compare and recommend suitable loan products which will meet their financial needs
- Nurture long term leads and follow up until they are converted
- Handle enquiries for new home loans from our existing clients, referrals from clients, websites, business partners and professionals
- Handle any post-settlement enquiries from our clients and assist retain any existing customers
- Ensure compliance with and current knowledge of legislation, market trends and analysis and key industry drivers
- Keep up to date with lender guidelines, procedures, products and sales techniques in your own time
