Must have a Heavy Vehicle License

**About the role**:

- Liaising with Customers to Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Goal Achievement
- Book in jobs with the allocations team
- Carry out site inspections and provide a written quote
- Be able to choose the correct equipment and crane to carry out the jobs required.
- Problem solve with client/crews
- Willing to work in with a team
- Carry out crew evaluations onsite
- Create new client opportunities

**Key Requirements Include**:

- Excellent Presentation, Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Ability to Handle Pressure
- Strong Understanding of Microsoft Operating System (Primarily Including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong Understanding of IT Systems
- Experience in a similar position
- Good Understanding of the Sydney metro area
- Auto cad and lift study skills preferred
- Willing to work in with a team.
- Ability to build relationships
- Current driver’s license
- Visual dispatch experience preferred
- Dolly crane experience
