**About the Role**

Wearing your **Lead Generator hat**, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. These will include:

- Working alongside the sales team to identify prospects
- Lead-market research and carry out prospect-mining activities
- Using industry tools to create leads for soft outbound marketing activities
- Monitoring lead generation and marketing KPIs
- Working with our CRM System Administrator to
- use the CRM to update and maintain accurate customer records and daily activities
- ensure the CRM has the correct workflows to support sales and all clients are allocated to the correct Account Manager

With your **Digital Marketing Coordinator **hat firmly in place, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

- Assisting with the implementation of multi-channel B2B marketing activities to meet goals and improve ROI
- Working with our product specialists to prepare engaging social media content based on our content calendar to generate outstanding ROI
- Assisting with the development and implementation of integrated digital marketing strategies aimed at delivering results
- Spotting trends, opportunities, and technologies to establish best practices in digital marketing
- Monitoring and reporting on digital marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends and improve results
- Maintaining company websites.

You will also be required to assist with managing stakeholder relationships (both internal and external) with professionalism and respect. This will involve assisting with the preparation of:

- Social media posts
- Newsletters and white papers.

**About You**

You will need to be energetic and organised to carry out this role, and enjoy working with a dynamic and highly motivated team. The successful individual will ideally have:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in lead generation and the digital marketing industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and various other industry-related software
- Proficiency with SEO, SEM, various social media channels, and content marketing
- An aptitude to learn, be coachable and resilient
- Outstanding communication skills
- An exceptional work ethic and be able to demonstrate that you are a self-starter
- Flexibility and a willingness to undertake ad-hoc tasks that can (and do) pop-up at any time
- Ability to participate positively in a feedback culture that is integral to the ongoing success of SWAN Systems
- Exposure to the world of technology start-ups and a background in irrigation and/or agriculture.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
