**The Job**

We are looking to find a passionate, experienced and dedicated Front of House Assistant Manager to join our team and continue to drive the success of our venue. If you are passionate, driven and take pride in going above and beyond for guests every day, then this is the role for you You will need to have exposure and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (2 years minimum is a must). It is essential you have a passion for the hospitality industry and always bring a positive, bubbly and energetic personality with you on a daily basis.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Lead and coach a team of young, fun-loving front of house individuals to ensure consistency in delivery of exceptional customer service.
- A front of house guru that can deliver awesome service and can take our guests through a casual and fun dining experience.
- Be proactive and have a solution focused approach to improving guest satisfaction.
- Take care of the customer experience, from hello to see you next time
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure we are upholding high operational standards from product to service.
- General daily tasks including; preparing tables, greeting and seating customers, taking orders, accepting payments, receiving and confirming reservations/functions (experience with ResDiary is an advantage).
- Perform reasonable alternative duties, as instructed by your manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year
