About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels and brands. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, internal teams, and external suppliers to deliver engaging and effective marketing content.
**Key areas of focus include**:

- GP recruitment marketing
- Campaign and content coordination
- Organic social media management
- Post-launch brand transition support

Key Responsibilities
GP Recruitment Marketing Support
- Create and coordinate campaign assets including EDMs, flyers, and digital ads
- Brief designers and copywriters, ensuring timelines and brand alignment
- Liaise with recruitment and operations teams to ensure campaigns meet business needs

Content Creation & Campaign Coordination
- Manage campaign timelines and monitor performance
- Support marketing activities for events, webinars, and telemarketing initiatives

Organic Social Media Management
- Develop content calendars and manage Instagram presence for brands such as Evoca Women’s Health and Equality Health
- Create or brief static posts, reels, stories, and video content
- Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and report on performance

Brand Transition Support (BAU)
- Coordinate BAU marketing activity post brand-launch
- Maintain brand assets and update content across platforms
- Support internal communications, social media, and patient-facing content

What You'll Bring
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or content-focused role
- Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing social media channels, particularly Instagram (including stories and reels)
- Basic design capability using Canva or Adobe tools
- Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or a multi-brand environment is highly desirable.
