Hartley Glass is looking for a self-motivated administrative superstar to join their team and provide coordination support to their Commercial Glazing division

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, as Hartley Glass’ Commercial Glazing Coordinator you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and administrative support to the Commercial Glazing division. This will be achieved through linking the glazing teams external glazing activities to the Company’s job management system. The Commercial Glazing division works across diverse large-scale projects from architectural housing, shopping centres and office buildings. Given the complexities of each project, we’re looking for someone who has is adaptable with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

- Processing of material orders and following up on outstanding orders
- Work time allocation, scheduling, forward planning and communication with Site Supervisors and Project Managers
- Handling incoming telephone enquiries and scheduling these enquiries to the Site Supervisors and general quotations requests

**About You**

With previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative position, you will be someone who thrives working in an energetic and fast-paced environment. As an essential position within the Company to drive its growth and customer service ethos, you will have a strong customer-focus with the ability to build meaningful relationships with Hartley Glass’ diverse stakeholders.

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines
- An excellent work ethic and proactive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- High level data entry accuracy
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite

Although not essential, it would be great if you:

- Have previous experience working within the construction industry
- Have previous installation administration experience
- Have previous scheduling experience
- Are mechanically minded
