**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead and motivate** the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and **implement sales strategies** that drive growth and increase revenue
- ** Monitor and analyse performance metrics** to optimise sales processes and team effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong **client relationships**, identifying new market opportunities
- ** Train and develop** your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Manage daily operations, including **team retention**, promotions, and ensuring company compliance
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager and HR team to ensure recruitment, training, and team development align with company goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in **sales management** and leading a team to success
- Strong understanding of **sales processes** and ability to implement effective strategies
- Excellent **communication** and leadership skills to motivate and guide the team
- A **passion for renewable energy** and the desire to make an impact in the industry
