**Your new role**

**Facilities and Community Venues operations**
- Set up and dismantle of furniture and room layout as per user requirements.
- Set up equipment and audiovisual aids as required.
- Customer liaison with users of the community venues.
- Assist in the supervision of staff.
- Provide on-the-job training to staff.
- Provide general administration and computer support to administration team

**Facilities and Community Venues maintenance**
- ** **Contribute to ensuring good maintenance and safety of the community venues.
- Cleaning of venues and associated equipment as required.
- Support the Community Venues Operations Supervisor in maintaining an appropriate stock of cleaning materials at the community venues.
- Undertake minor maintenance of equipment / furniture at the community venues

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- The ability to set up/dismantle venues safely and competently as per plans and instructions.
- Basic administration and computer skills. 4. RSA and food handling certificate advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner in the resolution of minor matters.
- Ability to understand users’ needs in terms of set-up/dismantle for venues.
- Commitment to high general expectations of customer service
