Metro Conveyancing is based in the western suburbs and we are seeking a Registered Conveyancer to join our teamWe have been providing professional conveyancing services for over 25 years, and deliver a modern, positive, and seamless experience to our clients.

Our Conveyancing work varies from Residential, Commercial and Business Settlements, Land Division, and preparation of Form 1’s.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Registered Conveyancer to join our Metro Conveyancing team to meet the strong growth we are currently experiencing. We are looking for someone who can manage files from end to end and including the following;
- Preparation of Contracts and Form 1s for Conveyancing as well as our Form 1 Company
- Residential Conveyancing Documentation & Settlements
- Preparation of Land Division Documentation
- Commercial & Business Contracts & Settlements
- Providing and preparing advice for clients in relation to property settlements & Contracts
- Knowledge of relevant conveyancing documents and procedures
- Liaising with all stakeholders in a transaction
- Attend to Settlement/lodgements using PEXA
- We will invest in the successful applicants Professional Development Training with the AIC as well as any other Training that may be required.

**About You**:
You will enjoy the fast-paced nature of conveyancing with minimum of 3 years experience working in a conveyancing position.

Your professional skills, knowledge and expertise will be evident, to ensure your success in this role.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail in preparation of documentation and communication
- Strong Administration Skills
- Knowledge of CATS Conveyancing Programme, PEXA, Revenue SA, Salis, Microsoft Office Suites & Outlook, Knowledge of DocuSign preferable
- Creating, building and maintaining strong relationships with work colleagues, clients and Business referrers
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Like working as part of a team and autonomously as required
