**About the Role |**
As a
**Property and Conveyancing Assistant**, you will work alongside Paralegals, Lawyers, and the Conveyancing Manager to assist with:

- PEXA Settlements
- File management
- Liaising with clients and other third parties
- Drafting correspondence
- Billing

**About you |**
You will have a
**minimum of 1 years’ Legal Secretary** experience from a Conveyancing, Property or Commercial background.
**Experience with PEXA and Microsoft Excel is ideal.**

**The Law Firm | Salary**
Our client is a reputable Gold Coast based Firm. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience (between $67,000 - $80,000 package)
