Are you a creative individual with a passion for digital storytelling, clever content, and the ever-evolving world of social media? We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-obsessed _Digital Content Creator_ to lead the production of engaging digital content and campaigns for The Career Network.

This full-time role offers hybrid working options and is based out of our Melbourne headquarters.

**About the role**

As a core member of our marketing and design team, you'll be the creative engine behind our narrative-focused digital content. From TikTok mini-series to podcast production and branded video campaigns, you'll write, produce, direct, and edit content that informs, excites, and builds deep audience connection.

This role suits someone who is self-driven, strategic, fast-learning, and genuinely curious about people, technology, and the future of work. You’ll bring a passion for storytelling, an expert eye for detail, and the ability to think big, while executing brilliantly.

**What you will do**
- Develop, script, produce and edit engaging digital content across video, podcast, and web platforms
- Create platform-specific narrative mini-series (e.g. TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that are educational, impactful, and brand-aligned
- Leverage our professional studio space to bring high-quality content ideas to life
- Use AI tools and emerging tech to optimise content production and ideation
- Maintain a strong brand voice and obsessive attention to detail across all creative assets
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, adapting to changing project priorities
- Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations

**What you will offer**
- Either a recent graduate or early career professional with up to 3 year’s experience in Professional Communications, Journalism, Film/Media, or a related creative field
- A strategic mindset with a storyteller’s instinct and a content creator’s hustle
- Strong copywriting, scripting, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple creative projects independently
- Advanced editing and production skills across industry standard software and tools, including but not limited to Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience using or willingness to explore AI and new digital tools
- An impeccable eye for detail, nothing gets past you
- A passion for meaningful work and a desire to grow with a values-led team
- Strong understanding of how to drive brand growth using digital marketing principles
