**About the Role**
- Implement and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Provide technical support for the organization information and telecommunication systems.
- Provide support for endpoint devices, specialist advice, training, and support to staff.
- Project management
- Network and infrastructure (LAN/WAN) maintenance and troubleshooting
- Participate in ongoing business improvement initiatives.

**Skills & Experience**
- Networking experience (Switching, Routers, Firewalls) (including VLANs and WIFI) and troubleshooting skills - HP, Dell, Cisco
- Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Remote Desktop, Citrix and other VDI and Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Vsphere)
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Autopilot deployments or other cloud technologies.
- Experience supporting on-premise or cloud-based back-up technologies
- Knowledge in Cyber security risk.
- Valid driver's licence essential.
