**About the Role**
As an Anaconda Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and inspiring a team of 30+ staff in a big-box retail environment
- Driving financial performance, including P&L management and KPI achievement
- SMASHING goals
- Managing high stock volumes efficiently and ensuring seamless store operations
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and being a strong brand leader
- Future Talent: Coach and develop strong talent pipeline within your team
- Overseeing visual merchandising and promotional execution
- Leading by example—motivating your team and creating a fun, dynamic workplace

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Proven retail store leadership experience in a large-format retailer
- Experience managing teams of 30+ team members
- Strong financial acumen & execution - including P&L, forecasting, and trend analysis
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Expertise in high-volume stock management
- Passion for outdoor adventure and customer engagement
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
