The client we are representing is a reputable contractor, working on various major road projects across Sydney. The role will require you to establish a customer focused attitude and culture through actively listening to stakeholders and the community while reducing disturbances and resolving customer queries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement OR a minimum 5 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement AND an iAP2 Certificate in Public Participation
- Tertiary degree in communications or equivalent
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Experience in the Transport sector
- A good understanding and demonstrative experience of civil engineering construction techniques particularly around road construction
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to work in a demanding environment in challenging conditions.
