About the Role
The role of Head of Special Education Services at Rosewood State School will include:
- managing a team of up to four Inclusion staff, for whom you would be directly responsible
- liaising with other members of the school leadership team to achieve school outcomes
- organisation skills to triage student referral and support processes
- line manage and supervise external agents who engage with students on site
- oversee all data collection related to the role
- experience in working in special needs / disabilities / student support
- exceptional organisational skills
- open communication skills
- strong demonstrated ability to build relationships and make connections with students, families and agencies (internal and external)
