This role has responsibility for maintaining and developing the suite of residential home designs for one of SA’s largest volume builders, across three lifestyle focused brands.

**The Role**
Specifically:
- own and maintain an existing suite of products
- develop and document new products and display homes
- identify new product opportunities consistent with company strategies
- provide product training to staff
- maintain a reference library of standard construction details, NCC and AS references
**About You**
We are seeking someone who is vibrant and creative, looking for a long-term successful career in the building industry and has their heart in residential design. You will be either tertiary qualified in architecture or experienced in home design. You will be able to work effectively with a variety of people from senior management to building trades. You will be seeking responsibility and career stability and enjoy being within an environment that rewards expression and innovation, but values commercial success over pure creativity.
