We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Junior Furniture Repairer** to join an industry leader in imported furniture such as dining tables, chairs, lounges, and entertainment units based in Keysborough.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Attend scheduled service calls at customer homes to inspect furniture.
- Assembling furniture as required.
- Evaluate damages and select appropriate methods of repair and/or restoration for wood furniture, leather, fabric, and upholstery.
- Reporting on all outcomes of service calls.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving to offer the best solution for the customer.

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar role (preferable)
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of wood repairs including scratches, dents, and splits.
- Can perform upholstery repairs including structural/internal mechanism replacements.
- Previous experience assembling furniture
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Hold a current Driver’s License.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
