We are looking for an energetic Assistant Houskeeping Manager to join our team
**Your day to day**
As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Hotel Services Manager to supervise and lead the housekeeping and laundry operations and will play a critical role in executing the department’s strategy. You will foster a collaborative, positive and productive work environment and demonstrate your commitment to developing, motivating and upskilling your team to ensure they are highly engaged and deliver results.
**What we need from you**
- The ability to simplify business strategy into daily achievable actions;
- Experience monitoring a department budget and the ability to control expenses with a focus on increased productivity;
- A proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Knowledge of both Housekeeping and Laundry operation highly regarded;
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required to support the Hotel's operations; and - You must meet the legal requirements to work in this country to apply.
