This is a highly rewarding and challenging opportunity for an experienced and driven Draftsperson to join our dynamic team based in our NSW Head Office in Baulkham Hills.

Reporting to the Drafting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Accurately using AutoCAD/Revit to prepare & complete architectural drawings within designated time frames;
- Ensure all drawings are completed with 100% accuracy to reflect customer requirements as described in the design brief, as well as in accordance with Metricon standards;
- Produce drawings to support the customers’ requirements while complying with all relevant covenants & council regulations;
- Ensure that relationships with all internal departments, external customers, suppliers, agents & contractors are maintained & improved;
- Maintain & constantly develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services & processes in order to complete work confidently.
- Using your problem solving skills to resolve possible issues arising with customer jobs.

- Must have a Minimum 2 years experience working with a residential builder as a Draftsperson;
- Relevant Qualification - Diploma of Building and Construction or Trade Certificate etc. is preferred;
- Working knowledge of the building and construction industry;
- Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and proven experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit;
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail;
- An interest in continuous improvement and a willingness to provide feedback to management; and
- The ability to thrive in a goal driven, supportive team environment.

**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.**
