Yo-Chi is on an exciting growth journey, and is now seeking a passionate, hands on and experienced Area Leader to help shape our next chapter in Gold Coast Lead with purpose across three of our high volume venues across the region, backed by an incredible culture. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the brand’s strongest portfolios.

**What You’ll Do**:
Lead and develop a team of Venue Leaders, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Step confidently into high-demand situations, balancing team support with operational execution.

Champion exceptional customer experiences.

Be hands-on and lead by example.

Drive results across all venues, ensuring KPIs, service standards, eam engagement and financial targets are consistently achieved.

Partner with marketing to amplify local engagement and community connection.

**Your Journey**:
Before officially stepping into the Area Leader role, you’ll complete a tailored immersion phase as a Venue Leader, gaining hands on experience across our people, operations, and culture. This phase sets you up to lead with clarity, credibility, and confidence. Learn our operations from the inside out

**What We’re Looking For**:
Minimum 2 years of proven multi-site leadership experience in QSR.

A people-focused leader with a proven ability to coach, uplift, and empower teams.

Strong operational and commercial acumen, with confidence managing P&Ls, labour, and COGs.

Proactive and resilient - thrives in fast-paced environments and leads calmly under pressure.
