About Us

We are a complex mental health and disability services provider with 40 years of experience. We provide customised 24/7 support in the community for people who have significant mental health and cognitive disabilities, and who may have additional complex needs including behaviours of concern.

Many of the people we support have been ostracised or excluded from the simple things that most of us take for granted. At ermha365, we believe it is a fundamental human right to live in the community and so we work side by side with people on their journey to reach their full potential.

About You

Are you are motivated to improve the lives of those living with mental disorders? Can you resolve conflict & deal with practical issues to support others and achieve outcomes? Additional attributes that make a great Support Worker include:

- Flexibility, patience, initiative and emotional resilience
- Effective listening skills & an adaptable communication style
- Capability to advocate for others and build support networks
- The ability to contribute positively within a team
- Prior experience supporting people with mental disorders where challenging behaviours are common, either in a work or personal context

It is a requirement for our Support Workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet all compliance requirements in relation to NDIS Work Screening, Working With Children’s Check, work rights and possess a current & valid driver’s license.
