**Skills**:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in automated production lines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards (knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP is a plus).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to effectively use production systems.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Forklift license is highly regarded.
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate and maintain automated production lines, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure the continuous flow of products throughout the production process.
- Complete accurate records, safety checks, and quality checks as required by company protocols.
- Assist with staging, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy work environment within the production facility.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to the Maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Monitor production efficiency and work closely with the production team to meet daily targets.
- Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Forklift operation experience or certification is a plus.
Pay: $29.33 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
