We have partnered with a Chicken Poultry site to find experienced and reliable Production workers for their highly automated, technologically advanced food manufacturing plant, based in Laverton, VIC.

This facility is a further processing plant, also known as a cooked plant, that creates partially cooked products from raw and clean chicken meats. Due to an increase of demand our client is now looking for reliable staff for both their day shift & afternoon shift. We do need applicants who are mechanically minded with previous experience working in a food processing environment.

**The Role**:

- Handling raw poultry products
- Observing and monitoring high speed processing lines, operating the machinery in the fresh produce section
- Verify machine settings by conducting quality checks on production
- Undertake product changeover
- Produce quality products ensuring mínimal production downtime and wastage
- Have experience in a food handling and /or food production role **(essential)**:

- Have experience in a similar role and/or are be mechanically minded
- Have strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport
- Have good attention to detail
- Be pro-active and resilient

Must have availability to work Monday-Friday, full time hours.
