The Acres Bowling club is part of the prestigious Bankstown Sports Club, which is a leading and innovative registered club and a proud supporter of the local sporting, general and wider community.

**The role you could play**:
As a Team Leader you will work collaboratively with the Management Team to provide quality customer service to patrons and lead and coach our team to deliver exception customer experience every time

**In this role you will**:

- Oversee service standards as per the club standards
- Lead a small and dedicated team
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
