**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Bells Creek, Caloundra**

This role assists in the planning and organisation of warehousing and distribution programs to meet current and future loadout schedules.

**About the role**
- Preparing and compiling dispatch documentation.
- Timely completion of Meat Transfer Certificates (MTC’s) & Seal books (Australian Government Issued).
- Maintain and enter daily manning requirements, attendance and payroll assistance.
- Efficient and accurate data entry into Microsoft AX.
- Work with the Supervisors to ensure all compliance requirements are completed on time.
- Ensure an efficient and professional flow of information to all internal and external stakeholders.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in Warehouse/Logistics environment (highly regarded).
- High level computer skills in Excel, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communicator, and a team player.
- Experience working with Microsoft AX (highly desirable).
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Unlimited working rights within Australia.
- Own transport or reliable means of getting to work.
