**YOUR ROLE**
We are excited to advertise a **permanent **role to join our Customer Identity and Consent team in DIA (Direct Insurance Australia). IAG is committed to focussing on creating a customer led, data driven and digitally enabled organisation. The Customer Loyalty Platform (CLP) is key in this ambition, enabling customer-led connection, recognition, and reward for our customers as we make our world a safer place. Consisting of Customer Identity and Access Management; Customer Consent; Payments; Recognition and Loyalty; and reward the CLP will provide these enablers to IAG as first and best customer as well as to new digital businesses, adjacencies, third party products and services, and other potential B2B customers.

As a product owner, you’ll help deliver our Consent and Customer Identity & Access management products to drive consistent, best-in-class customer experiences. You’ll be the conduit between technology and the business and represent the voice of the customer. You’ll balance the immediate needs of the business with a long-term view, ensuring customers’ needs are both understood and met. You have the vision to look beyond the here and now and ensure that the work being carried out drives us towards IAG’s purpose “to help make your world a safer place”.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ years’ experience as an Agile Product Owner on customer facing digital products, preferably with experience in the insurance/financial services industry
- A current product owner certification, CSPO or equivalent
- Relevant tertiary/ post-graduate qualifications including Business Management with in-depth industry experience, or lesser formal qualifications with more extensive workplace experience
- Solid experience in data driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
