**Exciting Opportunity: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist**

OwnerDeveloper, an award-winning property development firm, is expanding and seeking a talented individual to join our team. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative Social Media / Digital Marketing professional to contribute to our growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and create engaging content for digital platforms.
- Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns.
- Set up and manage campaigns that are aligned with business goals.
- Provide insights and reports on active and completed campaigns.
- Run tests, analyse data, and identify trends to maximise ROI in paid search efforts.
- Track, report, and analyse website metrics and PPC campaigns.
- Optimise website copy, landing pages, and other digital content for search engines.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research and continuously refine SEO strategies.
- Research and implement effective SEO techniques and recommendations.
- Play a key role in driving the SEO strategy for brand marketing.
- Monitor the SEO performance of our national website and event pages, using data to optimise content.
- Use analytics to identify opportunities and gaps in competitor targeting, driving new traffic.
- Develop and execute an SEO link-building strategy to improve rankings.
- Stay updated on industry developments in Digital Acquisition, SEM, and SEO to refine strategies.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Strong creative and analytical abilities.
- Proficient understanding of SEO tools and techniques.
- Experience with G Suite, particularly Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms.
- Excellent reporting skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Advanced experience with CRM databases.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a small team.
- A self-motivated, flexible, and resourceful individual who is willing to take on various tasks as needed.

**Additional Information**
- Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and expertise.
- Location: Flexible, with occasional in-office meetings in Sydney.
- Type: Casual position with potential for ongoing collaboration.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
