We have a new opportunity for a **Group Manager Marketing and Brand** to lead our Marketing & Brand team on a permanent basis. Reporting to our Chief People, Culture and Brand, this role is based at our Pier St corporate office and offers flexible working opportunities including the opportunity to work from home / remotely.

Bring your marketing expertise to a role where you will be responsible for leading the team in the implementation of Bethanie’s strategic marketing plans.

**About the role**

This role has full responsibility for Bethanie’s end to end marketing, ensuring aligned day to day marketing activities and management of the Marketing team across communications, digital, graphic design and campaigns. You will also support the ongoing rollout of our new customer relationship management (CRM) system and a revamp of our website.

As the Group Manager Marketing and Brand, you will have 5 direct reports and your responsibilities will include:

- Plan, develop and execute whole of organisation marketing activities
- Measure and monitor marketing activities to demonstrate impact and effective return on investment
- Monitor external environment, bring innovative ideas and a continuous improvement approach
- Lead relationships with key external providers in Marketing and Public Relations
- Implement achievable projects that progress and evolve the Brand and Marketing activities

You are an inspirational leader, capable of motivating your team within a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You have exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work in a calm and effective manner.

You pride yourself in your ability to develop and nurture positive professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

You will also bring:

- Previous Marketing experience in a customer facing service focused business
- Experience in developing and implementing high volume brand and tactical campaigns aimed at managing and building brand equity
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or associated discipline, with post graduate qualifications desirable
- Knowledge of the Aged Care industry and market dynamics would be an advantage but is not essential
