**Success Profile**:

- Domestic logistics exposure commanding product/raw material/commodity movements across and between multi-site and port locations _(essential)_;
- Ability to effectively lead and collaborate across multiple functions +/or states _(essential)_;
- Agri / Commodity / Product experience _(highly regarded)_;
- Comfortability managing high volume concurrent movements in a relationship centric environment - Suppliers / Transport / Customers / Growers / Retailers / Warehouses / Manufacturing / Processing Facilities _(essential);_
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver in deadline driven roles with competing priorities, whilst being renowned for doing what you say you will do

Ideally you will be a strategic thinker, operating comfortably in pressurized, time sensitive environments and possess a strong focus on stakeholder management. Additionally, solid analytical skills, attention to detail and a unique ability to manage and build relationships externally and within your team, to ensure product arrives on time and in full, is critical.
