The Adreno journey had humble beginnings in 2001 in the back streets of Woolloongabba in Brisbane, where former Australian Spearfishing Champion Tim Neilsen recognised a demand for well-informed professional customer service backed by a full range of quality spearfishing and scuba diving products.

Adreno is not just a retail store, it's an experience. Today, over 80 passionate team members now work across the five stores, distribution warehouse and head office to deliver a seamless online and in-store shopping experience. With the largest range of spearfishing, scuba diving, freediving and wetsuit products in Australia, and only recruiting passionate experts who live and breathe underwater adventure, Adreno truly has made itself a destination store.

About the Role:

- Providing friendly and courteous service to our customers over the phone and in-person
- Cash register and customer service desk operation
- Store merchandising and housekeeping
- Taking orders & providing quotes
- Be the product expert for all within your department.
- Keeping up to date with current and new products in our range
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience.
- Use knowledge and service to expertly match right product with right customer needs.
- Support the fast turnaround of our products.
- SMASH sales goals along side a passionate team

About You:

- Able to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Background in customer service/retail
- essential
- Knowledge and proven experience with spearfishing highly desirable
- Solution oriented with forward thinking approach.
- Team player who can contribute across entire store.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- The ability to stand or be on your feet for long periods.
- High attention to detail while showing pride in your work.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to tasks and workload.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.38 - $36.73 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
