You will be someone who is eager to learn and grow with the business. **What you will do** - Support the Relationship Managers to manage existing and new institutional client relationships within the Australasia region across a broad range of investment solutions - including quantitative, index, and ESG solutions within equity and fixed income - Develop good understanding of client's business, objectives, challenges and portfolios to ensure clients' needs are met and identify opportunities to grow client relationship - Collaborate with the Investment, Operations, ESG teams to problem solve and provide timely responses to client queries - Work with Index and Quant Portfolio Managers to ensure client investment and withdrawal instructions facilitate cash flows movements in and out of client portfolios - Cultivate strong internal working relationships and be a strong advocate for the clients internally - Lead and project manage client due diligence questionnaires and other request for information - Continuously look for ways to improve processes, workflows and client communications - Assisting in research and preparation of presentations, meeting briefs, travel agendas and other materials for client meetings - Maintain directory of client communications and up-to-date client related information on CRM - Review and maintain Know Your Customer information across our client base - Ensure clients receive all reports and work with teams to ensure all client deliverables are met within the contractually agreed timetables - Assist in reviewing client and firm level assets under management (AUM) data and fee billing calculations to ensure they reflect any changes that have taken place during the month or quarter **About You** - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field - At least 1-3 years of experience the finance industry with the strong desire to grow with the NTAM - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong logical, creative, problem-solving skills - you are not afraid to challenge the status quo - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organised and structured with the ability to effectively prioritise multiple demands - Strong attention to detail **Working with Us**: As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
