Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of **Operations and Service Manager** for our **Samsung **store in **George Street, Sydney.**

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a winning team to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the _Ultimate Customer Experience._ You will exhibit and align yourself with RPG’s values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled leading from the front, coaching on the run, ensuring operational excellence and creating a winning culture within your store and the RPG community.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing stock processes including preparing stock for sale, stocktake, audits, acceptance and transfers
- Operational compliance within back of house
- Inventory management and data accuracy
- Responsible for supporting customer escalations
- Provide technical support and training for new and existing processes, products or service
- Develop a strong business relationship with the outsource Samsung Service team to drive continuous improvement

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience within a Service, Stock Management or Operations role
- Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the _Ultimate Customer Experience_
- Experience in _Winning the Day_; through meeting and exceeding Sales and KPI goals
- CARE for our customers, care for your team and care for the business
