The ASICS store management network is growing We’re on the hunt for passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at **Marsden Park**. In a nutshell... Our Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting our Store Managers in running the day-to-day operations of the store in addition to leading and developing a team while contributing to strategy to optimise sales, customer experience and store performance.

**Here's what we’d love to see from you**:

- Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer facing role
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential - more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand
- Availability to work a full-time Tuesday - Sunday set roster

**Qualifications**
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using retail technology systems and point-of-sale software
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
