Your role in this is to work alongside the events team and execute exceptional events, to deliver exceptional experiences for our community and guests.

Purpose of Position

Your role in this is to work alongside the team executing and deliverimg exceptional events, ensuring our customers, community and guests have the best experience possible.

Who we are looking for:
A talented and experienced Events and FOH Team member

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a comparable position.
- Knowledge / ability to embrace systems including rostering systems such as Deputy
- A current RSA
- Bar experience preferable
- Able to work across multiple spaces across Melbourne and be adaptable to to different work environments
- Some experience in compliance including OH&S, Covid Safety, RSA and permits.
- Time management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks, both independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes
- A genuine passion for warm and engaging hospitality and experience in Front of House.
- A passion to deliver exceptional experiences for the community and guests.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills. We are a small team - attitude and flexibility are really important to help each other and build strong collegial relationships.
- Ability to identify and solve problems proactively, with a focus on results and success.
- Flexibility and adaptability in regard to workflows and hours.
- Experience working with diverse groups and cultures, with English as the second language a bonus.
