We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Pippo North Adelaide. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking and fulfilling orders with a smile.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations to customers as needed.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment proficiently.
- Accurately handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring cash register accuracy.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in the preparation of food and beverages.
- Assist with restocking supplies, including coffee beans, pastries, and utensils.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Continuously learn about coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and menu updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
