- The Role & Team
- The Audiology Relationship Manager role sits within the wider Audiology department in the Western Australia region. Reporting into the Director of Audiology Retail, you will support approximately 40 stores within the region. You will serve as the primary contact for our Audiology joint venture partners, providing operational support and implementing strategies to maximise store performance.
- As the Audiology Relationship Manager your adaptability and proactive approach is key. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership, commercial insight, and a natural talent for relationship-building to effectively inspire and support our Partners. Your responsibilities will include managing your portfolio of stores, driving the region’s annual plan, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Since this role is field-based, regular travel will be required._
- The skills we are looking for:
- A strong career history to date within retail operations or consultative field-based role within the retail industry- Experience/exposure in dealing with multi-site and multi-ownership business (i.e. franchising) will be highly desirable- Ability to analyse and utilise an extensive suite of reporting tools, to lead, coach, motivate and develop our Partners to optimise trading performance- Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously while effectively collaborating with key stakeholders and cross-functional Retail Support teams- Demonstrated experience improving performance in regards to customer service levels
