**Key Responsibilities**
- **Potential Sales Calls**: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing information about our services to prospective clients and converting leads into customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Account Management**: Oversee client accounts, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- **Fulfilment Process Understanding**: Understand and manage the entire fulfilment process, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, providing solutions that enhance the customer experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: A diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or account management, ideally within the logistics or e-commerce sector.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong understanding of fulfilment processes and logistics operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ambitious with leadership potential.

Pay: $56,292.92 - $69,185.75 per year
